Come join us for a morning of boxing and brunch with Boxology Fitness and Casey’s Krunch for the SWEET AFTER YOU SWEAT event.

9:45am- Meet at lululemon Williamsburg (off N 6th, btwn Bedford and Berry)

10am- We will head to McCarren Park for a one hour Boxing Bootcamp

11am- Return to lululemon for Casey’s Krunch Granola Bowl Bar Brunch


Founded by former Army Captain and amateur boxer Tom Kehoe, Boxology 101 is a boxing BootCamp that provides a total body work out! Inspired by the amazing cardio aspects of the sport of boxing, Boxology 101 combines both the fun, challenging parts of a boxing work out with a total body HIIT work out.

As Uplift's mission is to empower women both in fitness and in every other aspect of their lives (this day being their careers) Casey's Krunch will be the go to snack to keep you energized throughout the day as Uplift educates and inspires women to take their careers to the next level.

The Fully Body- Sweets and Sweats

Treat your body and mind right with a run, coffee tasting and granola bowl brunch at Parlor Coffee on Saturday, September 16th. Join us and bring your friends for a  nice 3-4 mile run at Fort Greene Park and enjoy the sweets after you sweat with coffee and granola bowls back at the roaster.
